2020

the hit became a soundtrack

In January 2020, Andetemin was selected as the ending theme for the film “My Love Is Aisulu“, directed by Darhan Sarkenov and starring Nurlan Koyanbayev.

According to Miras, the production team initially contacted his manager to request the song. Shortly afterward, Nurlan Koyanbayev personally reached out to confirm their interest, explaining that the song had particularly resonated with them and that they wished to include it in the film.

The movie was released on January 30, 2020, marking a new milestone for Andetemin as it transitioned from a successful single to a cinematic soundtrack.

Creative collaborations

In 2020, Miras appeared in various events and content formats alongside a trio of Kazakh creators — Aden Margulan (aka Margo), Zhanselik Kadyrbayev, and Yerbol Khamza — collectively known as the TJOKERS and well known for their humorous social media videos. During this period, he took part in several public appearances, including the official opening event of the Maki Maki restaurant in Taraz.

That same year, Miras also participated in promotional content for Maki Maki, experimenting with lighthearted ASMR-style food tastings.
In addition, he posed for casual promotional photos for Margo Flowers, a flower boutique brand founded by Margulan in 2019.

All from home

In April 2020, during the COVID-19 lockdown, Miras participated in the online concert series #KvartirnikTengri (#квартирникtengri), an initiative promoting stay-at-home measures through live music. He shared that he had set up a home studio during confinement, using this time to focus on songwriting and creative work.

He also appeared with his brothers in a multi-artist music video project created during quarantine, filmed entirely on smartphones, emphasizing solidarity and creativity during the pandemic.

Combining talents

That same year, he recorded the Russian-language album “Korolova Severa” as part of the AndeteminProject, alongside Murat Kabylov (MK) and Azaliya Santimirova.
